I came across The Venus Factor reveiw while looking for weight loss program. Being a full-time college student while it's really tough being able devote enough time to work out.
A couple of months ago a girlfriend of mine convinced me to join her Zumba class. It was extremely hard for me to work my hectic schedule around the set times for classes a week while the results were good as much as weight loss goes. Not to mention I looked like a total idiot trying to dance like a hot Latin goddess before a room full of strangers. I ended up skipping courses because of the weight and my program caught up with me, although I thought it was a good deal; just $45 a month. That is when I understood I needed to try something else.
My cousin who had a baby several months ago advocated The Venus Factor if you ask me. She used it to lose the baby weight and she looks fantastic so I determined to give it a try. And being a mother of a young kid, I understood her schedule was tight like mine.
A minimal details on the Venus Factor: It Is a body transformation program designed especially for girl just. Instead of being focused around calorie restrictive diets and shedding pounds with regular extreme workouts like crazy, the target of The Venus Factor would be to help shape your body that is natural into a more appropriate, curvy, female version of yourself. What I really found liberating was that it is not focused on the quantity of pounds you have lost and often weighing yourself. You learn from where you need it most, which for women is typically our tummies, thighs, butts and arms the best way to slim down. The exercises are made only for women, so you do not waste your time and energy working out parts of your body that don't actually want it through exercises that are designed more for shaping a man's physique. The Venus Factor makes every 5 pounds you lose look like 10, by focusing on burning fat where you visually want it most. This program is not about becoming size 0 model kind that is scrawny, because let's face it girls, not everyone has that body type! Instead, you learn how to turn your own body shape into the healthiest, most appropriate, most appealing version of you.
The workouts in this program are made to be done 3 days per week . You don't need any expensive gym equipment. I love this part because with my schedule, I often never understand when exactly I'm going to have time to squeeze in a workout.
Possibly the best part of this plan is the dieting guide, and I use the term dieting loosely. The Venus Factor teaches you about particular techniques to increase a woman's metabolism. Unique herbs, significant vitamins and specific foods increases your leptin levels (a natural fat-burning hormone) to keep your metabolism high, for the best possible weight-loss results. I love carbs! I love pizza, ice cream and french fries. I have never been able to stick with a no-carb/low-carb diet as a result of this. Yes, because this can be a weight-loss plan you do have to do some limiting in what you eat and when, but forget about counting calories and starving yourself ridiculous. This is a work out-centric plan. You will have the capacity to gratify in moderation of course, in your favourite sweets and carbs and will still have a wide variety of foods to eat.
The Venus Factor is only $47. I was nearly spending the same thing for my Zumba courses, but I was squandering my money because I wasn't making it to all of my groups. I canceled my Zumba class and spent the money on The Venus Factor. I didn't have the time for a health club membership, and other work outs I looked into like Brazil Butt Raise and the Madness Work Out ran upwards of $100.
The drawback is yes, the workouts are demanding. But if you need results, irrespective of the plan, you may have to work at it. You might find some of the workouts to be overly straining, if you've got any injuries. I have had to make some adjustments in the activities for myself and injured my knee several years ago.
Overall I'm quite satisfied with The Venus Factor. I went down from a 9 in pant size to a 4 and I am really happy with the results.
